Homeopathy
Did you know that homeopathy is used by over 500 million people worldwide and is the second most widely used healthcare system? It's popularity is testimony to its effectiveness at promoting healing on a deep level, in as gentle, rapid and permanent way possible. There are no side effects, and you may find that you will be able to reduce or stop any medications you currently take - in consultation with your doctor. I offer online consultations via video call so that you can see me from the comfort of your own home or workplace.
Homeopathy requires a deeper investigation into why you have become ill, so I will ask you lots of questions! You will have the time to reflect and be heard.
The initial appointment is 75 minutes, during which time we will explore your current health issues, your likes and dislikes, lifestyle, life and medical history as well as your family history, so that I can get a complete picture of you and the treatment approach which is best for you.
I will offer lifestyle advice when necessary. Often we are aware of where there is imbalance in our lives, be it sleep, diet, work, relationships, and these areas also need to be focused on as part of a holistic approach to health. Of course, as you begin homeopathic treatment, problems in these areas can become easier to rectify. I love it when people start making connections between things that have happened in their lives and their current health issues, and the consultation itself can often provide great therapeutic value.
Follow-up appointments will be booked in at the end of each session and last about 45 minutes. While you should start to feel better after your first appointment, we have to follow the body’s lead. Follow-ups are needed so that I can assess how you are responding to treatment and adjust your prescription as necessary.
Homeobotanicals
I prescribe homeobotanicals to many of my clients, alongside homeopathy. These organic blends are homeopathically prepared botanicals, used to help open the paths of elimination, energise, balance and calm the system. They are neither traditionally herbal nor truly homeopathic in preparation and stand as a healing modality in their own right. That said, they work seamlessly alongside homeopathic remedies.
Each bottle is diluted with either alcohol or organic glycerine if preferred, are taken 3 times a day and lasts 4-6 weeks.
They have been designed to treat most acute and chronic health conditions and complement homeopathic treatment.
They are rich in vitamins, minerals and enzymes which nourish the body, gently improving immune function and restoring health and wellbeing naturally.
